Biography
Ivey closed out her scholastic career by leading her program to a national championship. Bartram Trail won Florida 7A championship behind Ivey’s 19 goals and 35 assists. MaxPreps and the United Soccer Coaches Association named Bartram Trail their national champs.
Her fantastic senior season led to Ivey winning the Florida Miss Soccer Award. Ivey, who will play college soccer at Texas A&M, was Gatorade’s Florida Player of the Year after her junior year when she scored 13 goals with 11 assists. She finishes her career with 59 goals and 59 assists.
Ivey is the second Florida student-athlete to win the NHSCA National Senior Girls’ Soccer Athlete of the Year Award. Ashlyn Harris of Satellite High won honored during the 2003-2004 sports season.

Biography
Ashcraft has had an outstanding career that dates back to her playing days at her La Cueva where she was part of championship teams. Since taking-over as the school’s head coach in 1996, she’s won 450 matches and nine state titles.
When Ashcraft won her 400th match in 2018, she became just the second woman in the nation to reach that milestone in girls’ soccer, according to the National Federation of High School State Associations. The program itself owns 16 overall state titles, which is tied for the most in the nation in the sport.
Ashcraft is a member of the New Mexico Sports Hall of Fame.
Ashcraft is the first New Mexico coach to be named the NHSCA National Girls’ Soccer Coach of the Year.

Biography
In the fall, Castillo led Skyline to its best season ever with a perfect 20-0 record. The Eagles won the Utah 5A state championship, which landed the Eagles the No. 1 spot in the United Soccer Coaches national rankings. The program was ranked No. 18 nationally by MaxPreps.
The state championship was the third overall for Castillo, who led Skyline to titles in 2015 and 2019.
The program’s first-ever undefeated season also led to Castillo being named the United Soccer Coaches Small Public School Coach of the Year.

Biography
Montgomery currently has Yorktown ranked No. 1 in the Washington Post’s girls’ soccer poll. Montgomery, the 2020-21 Gatorade Virginia Soccer Player of the Year, has had an outstanding senior season, which currently finds Yorktown in the Class 6, Region D semifinals.
Through the first 12 matches of the Spring 2022 season, Montgomery tallied 20 goals with 13 assists. As a junior, she scored 20 goals with 12 assists.
She was named All-State, All-Region, and All-Conference during her high school career. Montgomery is the first Virginia student-athlete to win the NHSCA National Senior Girls’ Soccer Athlete of the Year Award.
One of the top recruits in the country with over a 4.0 GPA, Montgomery will play college soccer at the University of South Carolina. She also volunteers as a peer mentor and a youth soccer coach.

Biography
The National High School Coaches Association is proud to announce Deb Spinelli of Tourtellotte Memorial High School in Thompson, Connecticut as its National High School Girls’ Soccer Coach of the Year.
In the fall, Coach Spinelli won her 300th match with a 6-0 shutout of Parish Hill. In addition to the results on the field, she is known as a coach that goes above-and-beyond for her student-athletes. In 1995, Spinelli used her coaching stipend to buy Adidas uniforms and warmups.
Spinelli’s 1993 team won Connecticut’s Class S state championship. Her ’99 team was named Class S co-champs. Tourtellotte Memorial has finished runner-up four times under Coach Spinelli.
In the fall of 1999, she took over the duties as the school’s Athletic Director. After 23 years, she still holds this position.
Spinelli is a multi-sport athlete in her own right. She played Basketball, Volleyball and Softball in high school. While at Southern Connecticut State University, she played varsity Basketball, Field hockey and track.
Spinelli is the second Connecticut coach to be named the NHSCA National Girls’ Soccer Coach of the Year. Joe Finocchiaro of Glastonbury High won the honor for the 2016-2017 school year.

Biography
Wolff has led the Houston girls’ soccer program for a dozen years with a tremendous amount of success. This past season, the Houston girls captured the school’s eighth overall state championship with a perfect 25-0 record. The Lady Mustangs were ranked No. 1 in the nation in the USA TODAY Super 25 Fall Rankings.
Over the past four years, Wolff’s teams have amassed a record of 85-2-4 with two state titles and a runner-up finish. In 2015, Wolff led the Houston boys’ team to a state title. Before coming to Houston, Wolff led the Ridgeway High School boys’ and girls’ programs to six Tennessee state titles.
Since being honored, Wolff’s teams have made another three appearances at the state tournament. Most recently, they were the state runner-up in 2021.

Biography
Meadow has built Vestavia Hills into a program that challenges for an Alabama state title year-in and year-out. Earlier this month, Meadow and her players won their second straight Alabama state title and third in the last four years. The Rebels finished the season with a perfect 23-0 and are currently ranked No. 3 in the USA TODAY Super 25 Spring Soccer national rankings.
Another highlight this year for Meadow, who just completed her 15th year as the program’s head coach, was her winning her 300th game. Her overall coaching record is 303-67-31 with five state championships.
Over the years, Meadow has been honored with Coach of the Year awards from the National Federation of State High School Associations and the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Biography
America’s winningest girls’ high school soccer coach, Paul Heenehan and his Ramapo girls’ soccer team finished runner-up in New Jersey’s Group 3 classification in 2013.
In 30 years at the helm, Heenehan has led the school to 12 state championships and one national championship while amassing a record of 691 wins. With a lifetime record of 691-81-23, Heenehan will have a chance next year to become the first girls’ soccer coach in America to win 700 games.
Since being honored, Heenehan did reach that goal and surpassed it. He continued to coach Ramapo until his retirement after the 2016 season. After 39 years, he has amassed an impressive 747 victories over his career. That feat ranks him second in the nation for most victories.

Biography
Trinity Catholic’s (formerly St. Thomas Aquinas) Vince Drake is a legend in high school soccer, becoming the first coach in America to win 1,000 games as girls’ and boys’ soccer coach. Drake passed the 1,000 win plateau in 2011.
Drake has led the girls’ program to one state title and the boys’ soccer program to 10 Missouri state championships.
Since being honored, Drake is still at the helm at Trinity. His girls’ team have placed second and third in the 2015 and 2014 seasons, respectively.
Drake was inducted as the inaugural class into the Missouri State High School Soccer Coaches Hall of Fame in 2013. Additionally, Drake received the “Metro Legends Award” from the St. Louis Sports Hall of Fame the same year. He was then inducted to the St. Louis Soccer Hall of Fame in 2014.
Drake retired after the 2015 season with over 1,000 career victories (boys’ and girls’ combined). His teams won a collective 41 district championships. His teams earned seven state runner-up finishes and twelve state titles. On July 25, 2015, Drake was honored by the Saint Louis FC during halftime of their match.

Biography
Anderson capped off her high school career by winning a CIF North Coast Section Division I championship with six saves in a 2-0 win over San Ramon Valley in the title game. She didn’t allow a goal during the Cougars playoff run. Many consider Anderson to be the top goalkeeper in the world in her age bracket.
She was the starting goalkeeper and captain for the Under-17 United States Women’s National Team and the No. 1 keeper in TopDrawerSoccer’s Class of 2019 recruiting class. At Carondelet, she was a first team all-leaguer performer as a sophomore, junior and senior. She was also a United Soccer Coaches All-American.
Anderson made an immediate impact at Berkeley. She started in all 21 games as a true freshman. She was named Pac-12 Freshman of the Year, as well as the Pac-12 Goalkeeper of the Year. TopDrawerSoccer bestowed her as the National Freshman of the Year. She was also named Second Team All American.

Biography
Lynch capped an incredible scholastic career with 44 goals and 18 assists while leading Penn to its second straight Indiana high school state championship. Lynch, who graduated early with a 4.2 grade point average, is already enrolled at Florida State University where she’s working at playing as a freshman.
Lynch, who was the IndyStar’s Girls’ Athlete of the Year and Soccer Player of the Year, ended he career as Penn’s all-time leading scorer with 130 career goals and 68 assists. Penn finished the 2017 season ranked No. 3 in the national in the USA TODAY Super 25 Fall National Rankings.
Lynch made an impact immediately. She scored the winning goal as a freshman in the SEC Championship game, leading the Seminoles to their sixth title. They went on to win the NCAA National tournament. Her sophomore year Lynch played in the first fifteen games because suffering a season ending injury.
Lynch’s junior year was shortened due to the pandemic but she still exceled on the field. She started 14 of 15 games. She was the FSU Golden Torch winner in 2020. In 2021, she and the Seminoles continued their success with another NCAA National title.
Additionally, Lynch was uber successful in the classroom as well. She was named All-ACC Academic Team twice and CoSIDA Academic All-Region her senior year. She was the honoree of the NCAA Elite 90 Award that is given to the student-athlete with the top GPA among those playing in the NCAA Championships.

Biography
Hana Kerner was an integral part of Northern Highlands, which won four New Jersey state titles while amassing a 92-1-1 record. This included a 65 game win streak and a 88-game unbeaten streak.
Kerner scored 21 goals as a senior, giving her 59 for her career. Kerner is a member of the U.S. Under-20 National Team.
In addition to excelling on the field, Kerner also exceled in the classroom. She will attend the University of Virginia.
As a Cavalier, Kerner continued to play consistently throughout her college career all four years.
After college Kerner played for the Orlando Pride. Currently, she is a member of Stade de Reims, a team out of Reims, France.

Biography
Mallory Eubanks was just as good at setting-up goals as she was at scoring them during her senior season at Tates Creek High School.
Eubanks, who will play college soccer at Mississippi State, scored 37 goals and dished-out 22 assists while leading her school to the Kentucky state semifinals with a 21-5-3 record.
She was named the Kentucky High School Soccer Association’s 2013 Miss Soccer award winner and was named All-American by the National Soccer Coaches Association. Eubanks had a weighted GPA of 4.39 while volunteering for multiple causes. She is the first girls’ soccer player from Kentucky honored by the NHSCA.
At Mississippi State she was named to the SEC All-Freshman team. Her junior year, she was the SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year. She was twice named All-SEC Second Team as a midfielder.
After graduation, she was the 16th overall pick of the NWSL Draft in 2018. She played for the Washington Spirit for one season.

Biography
Morgan Andrews, who will attend Notre Dame in the Fall, was the #1 ranked girls’ soccer player in America.
Andrews closed-out her high school career as Milford’s all-time leading scorer with 114 goals and 53 assists. Andrews has been a member of the U.S. National Soccer youth national team for the past five years.
She is also the only athlete in America to win back-to-back Gatorade National Player of the Year Awards, having won in 2012 and 2013.
Andrews attended Notre Dame. As a freshman, she became one of eight in ND history to start every game. She helped lead the Irish to it’s first College Cup appearance. She was named the ACC’s Freshman of the Year. She transferred to the University of South California after her sophomore year. In 2016, she help lead the Trojans to their second-ever College Cup victory.
After graduation, she was selected third overall to the NWSL by the Boston Breakers in 2017. The following year the Breakers dissovled and Andrews was picked up by OL Reign, where she still plays.

Biography
A rare three-time selection to the NSCAA High School All-America Team, the 5-foot-10 Spivey was a forward in her first two years at McDonogh, recording 45 goals and 26 assists to earn First Team All-Metro status in both seasons.
When Spivey moved to central midfield for her junior season, McDonogh took off. The team won Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland A Conference championships her junior and senior seasons and finished 18-3 last fall. She had 18 goals and 16 assists as a senior, including five goals and three assists in three postseason games. She finished her career with 85 goals and 57 assists and earned back-to-back All-Metro Player of the Year honors from The Baltimore Sun.
Ranked the No. 6 overall recruit in the nation, the No. 1 in the Mid Atlantic and the No. 2 central midfielder by TopDrawerSoccer.com, Spivey is a two-time ESPN Rise Maryland Player of the Year and a two-time Gatorade Maryland Player of the Year.
A member of the USA Soccer Under-18 National Team, Spivey has been in National Team pools since her Under-14 days. She was part of the Under-17 World Cup qualifying team in Costa Rica in 2010 and played with the Nordic Cup Champions in Denmark in 2009. Also an outstanding student with a 3.72 grade-point average, she will attend the University of Maryland.
Spivey went on to play at the University of Maryland for two seasons. As a freshman, she was one of two freshman to start every game. She was named to the ACC All-Freshman Team in 2012. The following year, she was named to the All-ACC Third Team.
After the season, Spivey transferred to the University of Central Florida. As a junior, she was named to the All-American Athletic Conference Second Team. Of her ten goals that season, four were game-winners. Her senior year, she was the team captain. She was named to the All American Athletic Conference Tournament Team and the 1st Team All American Athletic Conference. She was also on the Dean’s list her last two years.
After college, she obtained her MBA from the University of Northern Florida. She was also on the Dean’s list all three terms.

Biography
Already a two-time Parade All-American, Brian was named the magazine’s Girls Player of the Year as a junior. She is a two-time NSCAA First Team selection, a ESPN Rise Spring All-America First Team selection as a junior and a two-time Gatorade Georgia Girls Soccer Player of the Year. Brian also is the top-ranked senior in the nation according to TopDrawerSoccer.com.
The midfielder has led the Knights to three consecutive independent school AA state championships, scoring 33 goals as a junior. This year, her Knights have overcome a slow start. They are 15-2-1 with 11 straight victories, and advanced to the state semifinals as Brian scored seven goals and added two assists in a 10-1 quarterfinal win.
Brian is the all-time leading scorer for the Under-17 U.S. Women’s National Team, and has been invited to Under-20 National Team workouts. She scored both goals in a 2-0 victory over host country Argentina in December, earning the U.S. Under-17 Team its third consecutive win. Also an outstanding student with a 3.78 GPA, she will attend the University of Virginia.
Brian boasted a successful college career. As a freshman, she was named both the Soccer America National Freshman of the Year and the ACC Freshman of the Year. Additionally, she was named as a NSCAA First-Team All-American.
As a sophomore, Brian missed the beginning of the season. She was part of the FIFA U-20 World Cup team that won the Gold in 2012. While back at UVA, she was named to the First Team All-ACC and was the ACC Tournament MVP. Her junior year was more successful. She was again named to as a First-Team NSCAA All-American, She was honored as the First-Team Soccer America MVP and named First-Team All-ACC. Brian was honored as junior and senior with the Hermann Trophy, given to the top player collegiate player. She is only the fifth woman to win the award twice.
Upon graduation, Brian was the number one pick in 2015’s National Women’s Soccer League draft by the Houston Dash. She played there until 2017, when she was traded to the Chicago Red Stars. In 2018, she sent 5 months playing in Lyon for the Olympique Lyonnais, before returning to Chicago.

Biography
A two-time NSCAA/Adidas First Team All-American, Ohai was named the NSCAA Player of the Year as a senior, and is a three-time Gatorade Utah Player of the Year. Ohai burst onto the scene as a freshman scoring 28 goals, the most of any 5A player that fall, to lead Alta to the first of a state-record four straight state championships. With Ohai in the lineup Alta finished 74-5-1 over that span and finished this season ranked No. 30 in the ESPN RISE Fab 50.
In her career Ohai led 5A and the entire state in scoring all four years, finishing her career with 126 goals. She scored 34 goals and added 13 assists last fall and was named Miss Soccer by the Deseret News and the 5A Most Valuable Player by the Salt Lake Tribune. A member of the U.S. Soccer Federation’s Under-16 and Uuner-17 National Teams, Ohai also was a two-time state placewinner in track and field in 2008, finishing fourth in the 100 meters and seventh in the long jump.
Ohai will attend the University of North Carolina. Ohai was a four year starter while at UNC. During her freshman year she was named to the First-Team All-ACC and to the ACC All-Freshman Team. She was on the team that won the 2012 Championships.

Biography
A two-time National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/Adidas Girls High School All-American, Torosian tallied 11 goals and 17 assists to lead Lenape to a 25-0-0 record, a second straight Group 4 championship and the Newark Star-Ledger Trophy as the No. 1 team in the state. She was named the Star-Ledger Player of the Year and the Philadelphia Inquirer South Jersey Player of the Year. In addition, Natalia was a three-time All-State selection.
Also an ESPN RISE All-America First Team selection last fall, Torosian finished her career with 42 goals and 38 assists. A member of the New Jersey Olympic Developmental Program Under-17 Team that claimed the 2007 U.S. Youth Soccer title and won the Region 1 Tournament and reached the national championship match in 2008, Torosian will attend the University of Florida.

Biography
The three-time Parade magazine All-American needed just three seasons to become her school’s all-time leading scorer, then extended those marks as a senior when the midfielder scored 27 goals and 13 assists. In her career she racked up 70 goals and 37 assists in just 79 games.
The Penn State University commitment, who also was a three-year starter on the girls basketball team, led the Cavaliers to an Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland Conference Class A runnerup finish as a sophomore, the championship as a junior and a semifinal berth this season with a record of 37-2-3 over her final two seasons.
The 5-foot-5 Nairn was a two-time NSCAA/adidas All-American and the state’s Gatorade Player of the Year as a junior. A member of the USSF Women’s Under-17 National Team, she also was MVP of the 2006 Nike Premier 50 camp.
Narin was the Big Ten Freshman of the Year at Penn State. She earned All-Big Ten First Team honors her sophomore and junior years. Her senior year she was named the Big Ten Midfielder of the Year and was named first team NSCAA All-America honors. Narin finished her career by being named the 2012-13 Penn State Women’s Athlete of the Year. She also excelled in the classroom and was a three time Academic Big-Ten honors recipient.
In 2013 Narin was picked as the seventh overall draft pick in the NWSL Draft. She played on multiple teams since college. In 2019 she joined the Washington Dash.

Biography
Cerrone stands just 5-foot-5, but the midfielder played big for Ketcham, scoring 29 goals – six of those coming in the state playoffs – and 11 assists to lead her team to an 18-3-3 record and the Class AA regional final as a senior. A six-year varsity starter, Cerrone was selected the NSCAA/adidas High School Player of the Year.
Also the state’s Gatorade Player of the Year, Cerrone is a Parade All-American, a two-time NSCAA All-American and a member of the United States Soccer Federation’s Under-17 National Team. She also excelled on the basketball court, averaging more than 20 points per game in the backcourt. She will attend Boston College.
During her freshman year as an Eagle, Cerrone was named to the All-ACC Freshman Team. Her Junior and Senior year, she started for 24 games. She is the all time leader of games played with 91. Her senior year she was named to the College Cup All-Tournament team.

Biography
The 5-foot-8 forward scored 35 goals and added 15 assists as a senior, finishing her career with 112 goals and 67 assists. The Gatorade National Player of the Year, she also was a Parade All-American and the NSCAA Player of the Year.
Cheney was the Indianapolis Star Player of the Year, a four-time All-State selection and a three-time NSCAA All-American. The youngest member of the U.S. Under-21 National Team last summer, Cheney scored two goals and had four assists to help the U.S. win a record seventh consecutive Nordic Cup international title. She will attend UCLA.
While at UCLA, Cheney is the first Bruin in history to be bestowed NSCAA/adidas First-Team All-America honors four times. Also while attending the school, the Bruins played each year in the NCAA Championships.
Cheney, now Holiday, was a US National team member from 2007 through 2015. She also was on the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Team that won Gold, as well the Fifa World Cup team that took Silver in 2011 and Gold in 2015. Cheney announced her retirement in 2015.

The 5-foot-3 forward scored 11 goals and had eight assists as a senior, leading Santa Margarita Catholic High to a 17-2-3 record. Voted the Gatorade National Player of the Year, she also was a two-time Parade All-American and a two-time National Soccer Coaches Association of America First Team member.
She was the only high school player to be a starter on the U.S. Women’s National Team that won the gold medal in the FIFA Under-19 World Championships. She also excelled in the classroom, earning a 3.4 GPA, and will attend the University of Southern California.
While at USC, she was part of the school’s first ever NCAA Championships team. She finished as the fourth all time scorer.She missed a few games in her senior year due to the Olympic Games in 2008, where she started four of five games and won a gold medal. Rodriguez won another gold at the 2012 Olympics. She was not part of the 2016 Olympics due to the birth of her second child.
Rodriguez has played professional soccer since college. She currently plays for the Utah Royals.

Biography
The girls’ soccer award winner is Ashlyn Harris, a goalkeeper from Satellite HS in Florida, who will attend North Carolina University at Chapel Hill. She gave up no goals in 50 of 65 games played over her four-year prep career. She had a goals-against average of .29 for her career in leading Satellite to three state finals games and two titles.
Harris was Florida’s Player of the Year for her last two years at Satellite and pulled double duty by also contributing to the United States 19-under national team while in high school. In 2002, at the age of 16, Harris played the full game of the FIFA U-19 Women’s World Cup leading them to victory. She went on to become a two- time World Championship team member as the Women’s team also won in 2015.
While at UNC Harris led the team to three NCAA Championships in 2006, 2008 and 2009. After college Harris played for a number of teams throughout her career. She currently plays for the Orlando Pride. In 2015 she was the second pick of the 2015 Expansion Draft for the National Women’s Soccer League.

“Very few athletes are so dominant on the high school level that they can make an immediate impact collegiately or even internationally, but Heather O’Reilly is clearly one of those athletes,” said NHSCA executive director Bob Ferraro. “The NHSCA is proud to recognize Heather O’Reilly as the National High School Senior Girls Soccer Athlete of the Year.”
O’Reilly has completed a virtual clean sweep by winning at least four national player of the year awards following her senior season at East Brunswick High. During her career at East Brunswick, O’Reilly scored 136 goals in four prep seasons. Already a member of the United States National Team at age 18, O’Reilly she scored 21 goals and had 13 assists while leading the U.S. under-19 squad to a world championship in summer of 2002. The 5-foot 4-inch forward will play collegiate soccer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
O’Reilly had an impressive career upon completion from college. She was a member of the United State’s National Team where she won 3 Olympic Gold Medals. In the 2004 Olympics, O’Reilly scored the winning goal to advance the US to the finals over Germany. She was also a member of the FIFA Women’s World Cup Championship team. O’Reilly announced her retirement from the US team in September of 2016.
She has also played professionally for a number of teams since 2009. Currently, O’Reilly plays for North Carolina Courage and will be retiring as one of the greats in women’s soccer after the season. Although she is retiring from the field, she will still be involved in the sport as an studio analyst for Fox.

“Athletes like Jill Oakes are among the success stories produced in high school athletics today,” NHSCA executive director Bob Ferraro said. “She has worked extremely hard to develop her skills and has become one of the best soccer players not only in the state of California, but the entire nation, and we are proud to be honoring her.”
Oakes was named the Gatorade National Player of the Year after scoring 21 goals and adding 13 assists this season as a defender, leading Harvard-Westlake High to its second consecutive CIF Southern Section Division IV title. She was named the Division IV Defensive Player of the Yerar as a junior and the Mission League’s Most Valuable Player this season.
Oakes, also the captain of the school’s cheering squad, holds a 3.17 grade-point average and earned a scholarship to UCLA.
After her time at UCLA, Oakes was the 2nd draft pick in the 2008 WPS General Draft. She played on various teams throughout her professional career before retiring in 2009 from the Chicago Red Stars.

McDowell was named the Gatorade National Player of the Year after scoring 21 goals and adding 12 assists this season as a center midfielder. A versatile athlete, McDowell competes for Wheat Ridge High in three sports all four years: soccer, cross country, and track. She was All-State in Track & Field in 1999. She was a 4x State Qualifier for Cross Country. She was named Wheat Ridge’s most valuable runner in 2000. She was a member of USA Track and Field all-high school squad in 2001. McDowell also played 2 years of high school basketball.
Also an outstanding student, McDowell stands No. 1 in her class and holds a 4.0 grade-point average. She will be attending the University of North Carolina

Sherbondy was a defensive standout, marking her opponents’ top forwards as a middle defender and also playing the outside back and center back positions. She was a First team All-League selection and a member of the Colorado Springs All-Metro All-Star Team, and also stars for the Pride Elite under-18 traveling team. She also was one of 34 elite players nationwide selected to help run camps that travel around the Women’s World Cup schedule as part of the organization Uncharted Waters. A three-sport athlete, Sherbondy also was a member of the cross country and basketball teams.

Sherbondy also was outstanding in the classroom. The National Honor Society member graduated No. 1 in her class of 107 with a perfect 4.0 grade-point average, and scored 28 on the ACT and 1190 on the SAT. She was Student Government president as a senior, and was a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Bibles for the World. She will attend Covenant College in the fall.
As a junior, Sherbondy was named to the NAIA’s first team All-Region. She completed as a three time NAIA Scholar Athlete.

Biography
Brandon Silva guided Immaculate Heart Academy to a national championship in 2014, finishing #1 in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America’s national rankings. During the season, IHA finished 22-0 and snapped defending national champion Northern Highlands’ 88 match unbeaten streak. Silva won the national title just two years into being the program’s head coach. Previously, Silva was the head coach at Demarest High School for seven seasons. Silva is the second straight New Jersey coach to win the NHSCA National Girls’ Soccer Coach of the Year Award. Last year, Paul Heenehan, America’s all-time leader in girls’ soccer victories was the winner. He is the third winner from the Garden State with Steve Racine of Kinnelon HS being named Girls’ Soccer COY in 2008.

Biography
Elliott led Union to its second straight Oklahoma 6A state title this past season.
The Redskins currently own a 36 match win streak. This past season, Union outscored its opponents 64-5.
Prior to taking the reins at Tulsa Union, Elliott was the Head Coach at Northeastern State University from 1991-1995 and was the Assistant at Oral Roberts University from 1995 thru 1997.
Elliott led Union to another state title in 2017 giving him three titles and five state appearances over his career. He also led the team to 11 playoff berths.
Elliott retired in July of 2019 with a career record of 146-31-2 over his 11 seasons at Union.
Elliott passed away unexpectedly on January 23, 2020.
