Favors went from the basketball courts of Georgia to New Jersey to Utah to Louisiana thus far in his career.
Biography
The 6-foot-9, 235-pound power forward, a Georgia Tech recruit, averaged 28.1 points, 13.3 rebounds, five blocks, four steals and three assists per game while leading South Atlanta to a 29-3 record and the Class 3A state championship as a senior. In the Hornets’ 81-62 championship-game victory over Albany Westover High, Favors racked up 38 points, 15 rebounds, eight blocks and four assists. Considered by many the nation’s top recruit, Favors followed up his state championship season with three other national honors.
He was named National Player of the Year by USA Today and Parade Magazine, and also claimed Most Valuable Player honors in the McDonald’s All-America high school basketball game. Playing just 18 minutes, Favors scored a team-high 19 points, shooting 9-of-13 from the field, and snared a game-high eight rebounds to rally the East team past the West, 113-110.
Favors played one season for Georgia Tech before entering the draft. He was the ACC Rookie of the Year and made the ACC All Rookie Team. He entered the 2010 NBA Draft and was the third overall pick by the New Jersey Nets.
After a year Favors was traded to the Utah Jazz where he remained until 2019 when he was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans.

Biography
Reese finished off a Dandy Dozen – state titles, that is – in the track and field state meet this month. She took home her fourth Class 3A state championships each in the 1,600 and the 3,200, to go with four state cross-country crowns. As a junior Reese turned in times of 4:47.96 in the 1,600 and a state-record 10:16.05 in the 3,200 – both times the second best in the nation. Last fall her winning cross-country time of 17:14 beat her nearest competitor by 1 minute, 14 seconds.
Recognized as Athletes Only Athlete of the Week for the week of April 23, 2007, Reese won the USA Track and Field Junior Olympics national title last year and was selected the Gatorade Georgia Cross Country Runner of the Year this year. In March Reese finished 30th in the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Edinburgh, Scotland, helping the U.S. squad to finish sixth. Also an outstanding student with a 4.15 grade-point average, as well as an accomplished pianist, Reese will attend Harvard University.
At Harvard Reese was named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team her junior year. She also placed third at the Penn Relays in the 10,000m run.

Biography
Taylor has starred on tracks from Georgia to the Czech Republic. He earned the maximum 35 team points in the Class 3A state championships for the second year in a row, leading Sandy Creek to its second straight team title. Taylor set all-class state records in the triple jump (52-6½) and the long jump (25-6), becoming the first Georgia high school athlete to clear 25 feet. He also set a 3A state record in the 400 (46.60) and anchored his team’s winning 4×100 and 4×400 relays, all repeat wins.
The University of Florida commitment also won all three individual events at the National Scholastic Indoor Championships. In the International Amateur Athletics Federation (IAAF) World Youth Championships, Taylor became the first American ever to win the triple jump with a final-attempt leap of 15.98 meters (52-5’¼) and added the bronze medal in the long jump.
While at Florida, Taylor has an illustrious career. He was a three time NCAA National Champion, winning the Indoor Triple Jump in 2009 and won both the Indoor and Outdoor Triple Jump in 2010. He won eight SEC Championship titles. His junior year he was named the SEC Men’s Field Athlete of the Year. Taylor left Florida to turn professional before his senior year.
Internationally, Taylor has excelled at the Triple Jump. He has two Gold Medals from the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games. He has won four World Championships as well.
Taylor also was dominant in the Diamond League, which is the professional circuit for Track & Field, from 2012-2017, winning six titles.

Biography
Watt is not an imposing figure on the court at 5-foot-11 and 162 pounds, but his record is. He has never lost a team match at No. 1 singles and he has just two career losses, both coming in the state tournament. Watt recently won his third Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) Class AA singles title and will compete in the state tournament later this month.
The University of Notre Dame commitment advanced to the state semifinals as a freshman in 2005 and was upset in the first round of the state meet last year. In between, he was the state doubles champion as a sophomore in 2006. Also the No. 2 player on his school’s golf team last fall, Watt, ranked No. 1 in the Mid-Atlantic Region and No. 8 nationally by tennisrecruiting.net, posting a 59-12 record in junior competition last year.
Watt was named All-BIG EAST men’s tennis team all four years while at Notre Dame. His senior year Watt and his partner made it to the NCAA Doubles Championships, where they lost a barn burner to the 4th seeded team.

Biography
McKeehan became the fourth Indiana girl to become a four-time state champion in two different events. She set a national record for the second straight year in the 200 individual medley and also won her fourth title in the 100 breaststroke. She won the individual medley last season in 1:58.06, a national record that stood six days before Mary Beck of Austin Westlake High swam 1:57.74 and 1:57.41 on back-to-back days at the Texas state meet.
This year McKeehan swam 1:56.87 to reclaim the record. She won the breaststroke in 1:00.12 to break her own state record (1:00.23) set last year, and that time was just .52 seconds off the national record. McKeehan, who won the breaststroke in the Pan-American Games last summer, will join last year’s Senior Athlete of the Year, Lauren English of Montville (N.J.) High, at the University of Georgia next fall.
While attending the University of Georgia McKeehan was a four time NCAA Qualifier. She placed 6th in the 100 yard breaststroke in 2011.
In 2011 McKeehan took Bronze at the Pan Am Games held in Guadalajara.

Biography
Considered one of the nation’s top sprint swimmers this year, Alden became the first swimmer to win three state titles in both the 50- and 100-yard freestyle events in the 73-year history of the two events in the Illinois state tournament. Only one other swimmer had previously won three titles in either event, and Alden’s feat ended a 57-year drought in the 100 and a 20-year drought in the 50.
As a junior Alden’s winning times were 20.14 seconds in the 50 – the second-best time in state history – and 44.86 in the 100, the state’s third-best mark. He also was a part of the state champion 200 and 400 relay teams, helping lead Neuqua Valley to its first state team title. He will attend Penn State University.
While at Penn State, Alden set a school record in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:35.49 during his portion of the 800 freestyle relay at the Big Ten Championships. Alden was an All American his senior year and was a two- time Academic All-Big Ten honoree.

The three-time Parade magazine All-American needed just three seasons to become her school’s all-time leading scorer, then extended those marks as a senior when the midfielder scored 27 goals and 13 assists. In her career she racked up 70 goals and 37 assists in just 79 games.
The Penn State University commitment, who also was a three-year starter on the girls basketball team, led the Cavaliers to an Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland Conference Class A runnerup finish as a sophomore, the championship as a junior and a semifinal berth this season with a record of 37-2-3 over her final two seasons.
The 5-foot-5 Nairn was a two-time NSCAA/adidas All-American and the state’s Gatorade Player of the Year as a junior. A member of the USSF Women’s Under-17 National Team, she also was MVP of the 2006 Nike Premier 50 camp.
Narin was the Big Ten Freshman of the Year at Penn State. She earned All-Big Ten First Team honors her sophomore and junior years. Her senior year she was named the Big Ten Midfielder of the Year and was named first team NSCAA All-America honors. Narin finished her career by being named the 2012-13 Penn State Women’s Athlete of the Year. She also excelled in the classroom and was a three time Academic Big-Ten honors recipient.
In 2013 Narin was picked as the seventh overall draft pick in the NWSL Draft. She played on multiple teams since college. In 2019 she joined the Washington Dash.

Biography
A three-time Parade magazine All-American and a two-time National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/adidas All-American, the 5-foot-10 forward recently was selected as the Gatorade Michigan Player of the Year for the second time. Last fall Townsend tied the Division 1 state record by scoring 53 goals, adding 11 assists, to lead the Titans to a 19-3 record and a berth in the regional semifinals. As a junior he led Traverse City West to its first state title, recording 26 goals and 11 assists.
During the team’s six-game postseason run he scored in every match and notched the game-winner in both the semifinal and the championship game. Townsend concluded his career with 105 goals and 47 assists, and also is a member of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Under-20 National Team. Townsend already has started classes at the University of Maryland, where he will play collegiate soccer, after graduating from West in December.
As a freshman Townsend was the starting forward. The Terps won the 2008 NCAA National Championships. He was a NSCAA First Team All-American in 2011. He finished his career ranked number four in Maryland history with goals scored and sixth overall in points.
Townsend went on to play professionally in the MLS and then the USL.

Biography
Harigae is ranked No. 2 nationally among junior golfers, and tops among seniors. A three-time state placewinner in the NorCal and state championships, Harigae won the NorCal championship last fall, following with a 10th-place finish in the state tournament as Stevenson finished second to Monterey High by one stroke.
The Duke University commitment finished third in the NorCal tournament and was the state runnerup as a junior, and as a freshman finished fifth in the NorCal meet and fourth in state. Harigae is a three-time Rolex Junior First Team All-American and has been named to the team the past five years. She won the GolfWorld West Coast Championship last summer, has twice finished third in the U.S. Girls Junior Championship and has 17 top-five finishes in major junior events since 2003.
Harigae spent a year as a Duke Blue Devil before turning professional. Her most recent finish was at the 2018 British Open where she tied for 28th place.

A fixture near the top of the Florida golf scene, Graham averaged 68.5 strokes per round as a senior and did not shoot an over-par round all season. He finished second in the Class 2A state tournament last fall, shooting 2-under-par 142, and was the meet’s highest-placing senior. He also was the Region 2 runner-up and shot a sparkling 67 to win the District 5 meet by seven strokes.
As a junior Graham finished third in the state tournament and was a four-time Flagler County Player of the Year. Currently the nation’s top-ranked junior player, Graham was named to the Rolex Junior All-America First Team after advancing to the U.S. Junior Amateur semifinals and earning runner-up honors in the HP Boys Junior Championship last summer. He will attend Florida State University.
Graham was a four year golfer for Florida State University. He was a team member when the Gators finished third in the NCAAs, which was the best -ever finish for a Florida State golf team.

Babcock finished her career as a two-time Division 2 state cross country champion, also winning the all-class state crown this fall. Her time of 17:04 beat the Division 2 field by 40 seconds and was the sixth fastest time in state history. She began the season three months earlier by running the fastest 3-mile time in the nation – 16:05 in the Woodbridge Cross Country Classic, shattering her own personal record by more than 26 seconds. She was selected as Cross Country Athlete of the Year twice by the Orange County Register.
The two-time defending track and field state champion in the 1,600 has been outstanding in all three distance races. In her only 800-meter race this season, she set both a school and meet record (2:10.15) at the Trabuco Hills Invitational, and also ran the nation’s second-best 3,200 time of 10:04.03 – a race in which she was the runnerup by less than a second. Babcock will join last year’s Senior Athlete of the Year, Marie Lawrence of Reno (Nev.) High, at the University of Washington next fall.
At Washington Babcock led the Huskies to the NCAA Championships and earned All-American honors running the lead-off 1200m leg of the distance medley relay, which placed eighth at NCAA’s. As a senior Babcock earned All-America Second Team honors in both outdoors and indoors.

Derrick was named the Gatorade National Boys Runner of the Year after finishing second in the Foot Locker Boys National Championship in 2007 in a time of 15:03, and leading his team to the championship of the Nike Team Nationals, winning the race in 15:39.8. He set nine course records in a spectacular senior season and won the Class 3A state title by 20 seconds as Neuqua Valley also won the team title. Derrick’s time of 13:52 made him the first Illinois runner in 30 years to break the 14-minute barrier, and he came within 1.4 seconds of the state record set by national standout Craig Virgin of Lebanon High in 1972.
As a junior Derrick finished third in the state meet and added a runner-up finish in the 3,200 in the Class AA track and field state tournament. Also an outstanding student with a 4.57 grade-point average, he will attend Stanford University.
At Stanford, Derrick was a 14 time NCAA All American – four in Cross Country, 5 indoor and 5 in outdoor track and field.
In 2013 Derrick won the Bronze medal with the US Team at the World Championships. In 2017 Derrick was a IAAF World Cross Country Championships team member.

The 6-foot-5 DelleDonne is the third girl to become a three-time Player of the Year selection by the Delaware Sportswriters and Broadcasters Association after leading Ursuline Academy to its fourth state title in her five years as a varsity player. Despite missing 10 games this season due to mononucleosis, DelleDonne averaged 29 points and 11 rebounds in leading the Raiders to a 19-6 record and the No. 17 spot in the USA Today Super 25.
As a sophomore she set a national record by making 80 consecutive free throws, and her 2,818 career points are the most by any Delaware player of either gender. The State Farm/Women’s Basketball Coaches Association High School Player of the Year, DelleDonne is the third consecutive University of Connecticut commitment to earn Senior Athlete of the Year honors, joining Maya Moore of Suwanee, Ga. Collins Hill High (2007) and Tina Charles of Middle Village, N.Y. Christ the King High (2006) on the Huskies’ roster next season.
After a change of heart Delle Donne left Connecticut and enrolled at the University of Delaware and was the CAA Player of the Year and the CAA Rookie of the Year. As a junior and a senior, the Blue Hens qualified for the NCAA Tournament.
Delle Donne was the second overall draft pick by the Chicago Sky in 2013. While in the WNBA, she was a six time All Star and was the MVP twice (2015 & 2019). In 2016 she was nominated for an ESPYS as the Best Female Athlete award. In 2017 she was traded to the Washington Mystics and in 2019 led them to the WNBA Team Championship.

The 6-foot-9 power forward had a spectacular senior season, averaging 24.2 points, 10.7 rebounds and 4.1 blocked shots per game while shooting 67 per cent from the floor. He led St. Benedict’s to a 24-1 record and the No. 2 spot in the USA Today Super 25.
A member of the USA Today All-USA First Team, Samuels was selected by the newspaper as its Player of the Year. He also was a Parade magazine First Team All-American, a McDonalds All-American and the New Jersey Gatorade Player of the Year.
The University of Louisville commitment was voted the Most Valuable Player of three major tournaments this season: the City of Palms Classic in Fort Myers, Fla., the Bojangles Shootout in Charlotte, N.C. and the Nike Super Six in New York City.
Samuels played for two years for Louisville before deferring eligibility to go into the 2010 NBA Draft. Samuels played in Cleveland from 2010 until 2013 and has since been playing overseas.

Biography
A three-time Class 3A state champion, Oliver went 6-0 and won the 130-pound weight class in the NHSCA National High School Seniors Wrestling Championships in March, winning by a technical fall in the finals. Oliver became the first wrestler to claim championships in the NHSCA’s signature event as a sophomore, junior and senior, and he was voted the meet’s Outstanding Wrestler as a sophomore and as a junior.
After finishing second in the state tournament as a freshman, Oliver won state titles at 103 pounds as a sophomore, taking Outstanding Wrestler honors as well. He also won this event at 119 pounds as a junior and at 130 pounds this season. He posted a career record of 175-5, and was a finalist for W.I.N. magazine’s prestigious Junior Dan Hodge Trophy. He will attend Oklahoma State University.
While at Oklahoma State, Oliver continued his success. He was a two-time NCAA National Champion. He was a four-time All American, placing 4th at a Freshman, 1st as a Sophomore, 2nd as a Junior and 1st as a Senior.
Since graduating, Oliver has continued to wrestle at International events. Most recently, Oliver won the 2019 US Open, qualifying for the 2020 Olympic Trials.

The midfielder was the only player to earn All-American First Team honors for a third time this season from the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) after racking up 34 goals and 21 assists for a Magic team that advanced to the Class 3A state semifinals. During her career she totaled 102 goals and 91 assists to lead the Magic to a 93-12-1 record over her four years and the state title game as a junior.
A member of a field hockey family, Reinprecht will join her older sister, Sarah, on the Princeton University field hockey squad next year. Her mother, Tina, is Mount St. Joseph’s co-head coach and her younger sister, Julia, a junior, also earned NFHCA First-Team All-America honors this season. Reinprecht played for the U.S. Under-21 National Team in Shanghai last summer and is the only high school player in the Senior national team pool.
At Princeton Reinprecht was Longstreth/NFHCA Player of the Year her senior year. In addition, she was All-Ivy First Team and named to the NCAA All-Tournament Team.
She was a member of the 2012 and 2016 Olympic teams and won a gold medal at the 2011 Pan Am Games.

Biography
The 6-foot-2 outside hitter was named the Gatorade National Player of the Year after racking up 414 kills, 303 assists, 121 digs, 55 aces and 32 blocks last fall. She led Joliet Catholic Academy to a 34-6 record and a berth in the Class 3A super-sectionals. That performance came on the heels of a brilliant junior season, when Murphy led the Angels to a third-place state finish with 35 kills, 38 assists, 17 digs and eight aces in the state tournament. Her season totals were 388 kills, 496 assists, 81 aces and 100 blocks. She was recognized by Sports Illustrated magazine in its “Faces in the Crowd” section.
On the international level, Murphy led the U.S. Women’s Junior National Team to a fourth-place finish in the 2007 Junior World Championships, earning Best Server honors. Also an outstanding student with a 4.52 grade-point average, she will attend the University of Florida.
While at Florida she was a two-time AVCA First Team All-American and a four-time NCAA All American for the Gators. She was also the first freshman in Florida’s history to be named National Freshman of the Year.
She won a Bronze medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. She also won the Gold medal at the 2014 World Championships and Silver in the 2013 World Championships.

First, the bad news: Hosfield’s senior season ended prematurely when she broke her ankle sliding into second base while running out a double on March 24; however, the 5-foot-9, 145-pound pitcher did more than enough to lock up Senior Athlete of the Year honors during a stellar junior season that saw her strike out a national-record 659 batters in 257 innings – a staggering 14.74 strikeouts per seven-inning game.
Overall, Hosfield posted a 44-5 record with a 0.31 earned-run average, allowing only 12 earned runs and 84 hits while walking just 28. The University of Tennessee commitment, who ended her junior season with 1,259 career strikeouts, threw 31 shutouts, three perfect games, nine no-hitters and 17 one-hitters to lead Riverdale to the Class 3A state semifinals. She was named All-Midstate Player of the Year by the Nashville Tennessean.
While at Tennessee, Hofield had a career record of 49-22 and an ERA of 2.91. She was named All-SEC her freshman year. She was named SEC Honor Roll honors all four years.

Biography
After playing left field and first base earlier in his high school career, the 6-foot-4, 200-pound Skipworth has emerged as the nation’s No. 1 catching prospect. Earlier this season he set a national record with 18 consecutive hits and a state record by reaching base in 25 straight at-bats.
Through his team’s first 26 games, Skipworth was batting .580 with 13 home runs, 47 RBIs, 49 runs scored, 11 intentional walks and a .660 on-base percentage. He batted .407 with eight home runs as a junior – 23 of his 35 hits going for extra bases. He also had a 6-for-6 game as a sophomore, when he hit .355 with 11 extra-base hits and a team-high 24 RBIs. Also an outstanding student with a 3.8 grade-point average, Skipworth is committed to Arizona State University, but is projected to be a top five selection in the upcoming Major League Baseball amateur draft.
Skipworth was drafted as the sixth overall pick at the 2008 amateur MLB draft by the Florida Marlins.

Biography
The 6-foot-6, 225-pound Pryor broke records on both sides of the ball as he led Jeannette to a 16-0 record, the Class AA state championship, and the No. 4 spot in the NHSCA Top 25 Small School National football rankings. The Ohio State University commitment became the first Pennsylvania high school player ever to run and pass for more than 4,000 yards in his career. He rushed for 4,238 yards, averaging 9.7 yards per carry, and completed 232 of 399 passes for 4,340 yards.
His senior season, despite going the distance in only five of his team’s 16 games, he rushed for 1,899 yards (13.2 average) and 33 touchdowns and completed 87 of 130 passes for 1,889 yards and 23 scores. Pryor was selected as National Player of the Year by Parade magazine and the All-USA Offensive Player of the Year by USA Today.
At Ohio State, Pryor was named the 2008 Big Ten Rookie of the Year as he led the Buckeyes to an 8-1 record while starting. In 2010, he was the MVP of the Rose Bowl.
Pryor was drafted in 2011 by the Oakland Raiders, where he played until he was traded in 2014 to the Seahawks.
