Mercer concludes her stellar career with a total of eight State Titles, four Individuals and four Doubles.
Biography
Cassie Mercer closed out her incredible high school tennis career with her fourth straight No. 1 singles state championship. In addition, she teamed-up with Kate Huck to wins the state’s #1 double title.
Mercer, who will attend the University of Virginia, is a great student and has been playing on the United States Tennis Association’s junior circuit since 2006. She’s currently ranked #11 in the country by tennisrecruiting.net. Mercer is West Virginia’s first girls’ tennis player to be honored by the NHSCA.
Mercer played all four years while attending UVA.
