Biography
Sheppard closed-out his scholastic career by winning Kentucky’s coveted Mr. Basketball Award. The 4-star college basketball prospect, who will attend the University of Kentucky, averaged 22.5 points per game, 8.5 assists per contest with 8.4 rebounds during his senior campaign.
For his career, Sheppard finishes as the third all-time leading scorer with 3,727 points. He’s second in assists with 1,214 and first in steals with 653.
After the season, played in the McDonald’s All-American Game. Additionally, after his junior year, he was named Gatorade’s Kentucky Player of the Year.
