Biography

Heck leaves high school with the national record for the most goals in a single season. Heck, who will play collegiately at the University of North Carolina, set the national record for goals in a season with 125 during her senior season. She netted 323 goals during her four-year career.

In a COVID-shortened 2020 season, Heck scored 76 goals in just 14 games, good for an average of nearly 5.5 goals per game. She was named South Jersey Player of the Year in 2020.

During her career, Heck helped lead the school to two Tournament of Champions titles.
Heck is the third player from the South Jersey powerhouse to win the NHSCA Senior Field Hockey Athlete of the Year award.

She was named to the 2022-23 U.S. National Team. She is also the youngest player to compete at the Tournament at the 2022 Senior Nexus Championships. She also won gold at the Junior Pan-Am Games.
