Biography

Coach Conn led CC to a No. 1 ranking in many national rankings, including MaxPreps. The Dons finished 42-0 in 2022, winning the California state title with a 25-21, 25-16, 25-23 win over Mountain View in the state championship match. The team only lost one set all season.

Since taking-over Cathedral Catholic, Conn has led the school to six California state championships.

Coach Conn was also an excellent volleyball player herself. At the University of Missouri, she was the Big 12 Defensive Specialist of the Year in 2003.

Conn is the third coach from California to be named the NHSCA National Volleyball Coach of the Year. Last year, Cari Klein of Marymount was honored. Larry Trupe of Torrey Pines was our first honorees for the 1999-2000 school year.
