Biography
Bergeron, a catcher, led Notre Dame to its fourth straight Louisiana state softball championship. ND won the Division III state title with a 6-4 win over St. Charles in the championship game.
Bergeron finished her senior season with a .515 batting average with 16 home runs and 55 runs batted in. She finishes her career with 78 homers and 225 RBI’s.
She was a three time Division III All-District and All-State honoree.
MaxPreps named her a first team All-American after her junior season. She has signed a college
scholarship to play at LSU. Bergeron is the first Louisiana athlete to win the NHSCA National Senior Softball Athlete of the Year Award.
