Biography
Connor Smith had an outstanding senior season with 23 goals and 21 assists to lead McDonogh to the semifinals of the Class A Independent Athletic Association of Maryland Tournament.
Smith, who as the Player of the Year for the Baltimore Sun and the Maryland Association of Coaches of Soccer, finished his career with 46 goals and 31 assists. Smith was Gatorade’s Maryland State Soccer Player of the Year and the National Soccer Coaches of America’s Player of the Year.
Smith continued to play for the University of Maryland throughout his college career.
