Survilla set a Pennsylvania state record by scoring 63 goals as a junior.

Biography

Survilla, a forward, set a Pennsylvania state record by scoring 63 goals as a junior, two of them coming in the state championship game as she led Crestwood to an unbeaten season and the Class AA state title.

A three-time selection to the Penn Monto/National Field Hockey Coaches Association High School All-America Team, including First Team honors the past two years, Survilla also is a four-year member of USA Field Hockey national teams.  She  competed on the Under-16 national team in 2003 and 2004 and the Under-21 national team the past two years.

Also a standout center fielder on the Crestwood softball team, she will attend Duke University.
